Room304 trained in Paris at the Revlon Professional Academy
The Room304 team headed to Paris for inspiration and the latest knowledge from the top of the hair industry. We participated in an intensive training course at Revlon Professional Academy, where we learned about new products, current techniques and upcoming hair trends under the guidance of Revlon’s international trainers.
The content of the training focused on the latest cutting and colouring techniques that support natural movement, individual shape and easy styling in everyday life. We updated our knowledge of ways to build texture, lightness and lasting shape through modern cutting techniques.
In the colour training, we focused in particular on modern bleaching methods. We learned in-depth about clay bleaching and free-hand techniques to create soft, natural and multi-dimensional results while respecting the condition of the hair.
We also learned about Revlon’s Eksperience treatments, based on marine ingredients and scalp wellness. Special attention was paid to curly hair care and styling – we learned techniques to get the most out of the natural shape, elasticity and shine of curly hair.
The training provided plenty of inspiration, new ways of working and the confidence to deliver more personalised services to our customers. Learning in an international environment reinforced our belief that continuous training is the key to high quality and up-to-date hair expertise.
