Shearing should be at least 14 days before entering the sugaring area. The scar should be allowed to heal before sugaring.<\/li>\n<li>Your skin is sunburned in the area to be sugared.<\/li>\n<li>If you have warts in the area to be treated, sugaring them will be avoided to prevent them from spreading.<\/li>\n<li>You have large bruises in the area to be sugared.<\/li>\n<li>You have reticulated beard growth, some men have a reticulated root system in the beard area (the roots are together under the skin), this could lead to hair follicle rupture and inflammation under sugaring. Beard sugaring can first be tried on a small area to see if the beard roots have fused.<\/li>\n<li>You have foals in the area to be treated.<\/li>\n<li>You are taking Retin-A medication , Retinol treatment or medication, or Roaccutane.
