You can easily reschedule and cancel your appointment using the app 48 hours before the start of your appointment and by phone at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, we will charge 100% of the booked time. Prices incl. 25,5% VAT.
Outside the opening hours of the shop, notifications of cancellations can be sent by email to info@room304.fi or via social media.
We use external invoicing.

Colouring the hair, eyelashes and eyebrows of customers under 16 years of age
The Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes) is of the opinion that hair dyes are not intended for people under 16 years of age and that hair dyeing should not be performed on people under 16. At Room304, we do not dye or strip hair, colour eyelashes/eyebrows with dyes that are not allowed for children under 16, nor do we do eyelash extensions and structural nails (k-16), even with parental permission. We observe our duty of care and following the instructions for use will ensure that your child or young person is not exposed to chemicals too early.
