Hair, eyelash and eyebrow colouring for customers under 16 years of age
The Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes) is of the opinion that hair dyes are not intended for people under 16 years of age and that hair dyeing should not be performed on people under 16. At Room304, we do not dye or strip hair, colour eyelashes/eyebrows with dyes that are not allowed for children under 16, nor do we do eyelash extensions and structural nails (k-16), even with parental permission. We observe our duty of care and following the instructions for use will ensure that your child or young person is not exposed to chemicals too early.
Prices incl. 24% VAT.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time, otherwise we will charge 100% of the booked time.
We use external invoicing.
Billing add-on prices – e-invoice 7,90€, paper invoice 10€.
