Phorest Salon Owners Summit 2025 Dublin

Room304 participated in the international Salon Owners Summit 2025 in Dublin, which brought together more than 600 beauty entrepreneurs and experts from around the world. The event provided an inspiring glimpse into the future of the industry and concrete tools for business development.

The theme of the Summit, Elevate, emphasised a change in mindset: success requires continuous development, taking the service experience to a new level and strong leadership. Rising costs in the industry, premium customer expectations and recruitment and retention of staff were key topics of discussion.

During the two days, we heard from top international speakers and gained valuable insights on topics such as:
